To Change Location Details

You can change the field detail contained in or the relationship information linked to an existing location. Changes made to a location will be displayed in all objects where a relationship to the location has been established.

To change a location instance, either no security is defined or you have Modify rights based on individual or group allocated access in the Security topic

  1. Open the location you want in the Content pane.
  2. Make the required changes (i.e. selecting alternate selections from drop-down menus or typing new text detail).
  3. Click the Save icon in the action bar.
